梁牧師於1986年至大埔開荒，建立基督教銘恩堂。其格言為「抵死有餘」，意即盡用時間，把握每個機會服侍神、傳福音，即使有一天離世也無憾。牧師著重講道教導，信息莊諧並重，深入淺出，針對時弊，信仰與生活結合，會眾藉此獲益良多。

牧師熱愛群羊，視青少年如兒女，成年肢體如弟妹，甘心服侍，善於輔導，為其解決問題、助他們面對困難、與他們並渡困厄，與教導肢體要彼此相愛相顧。牧師看重福音使命，身體力行。現今仍進入區內基督教學校團契帶領學生歸主。替不同小組帶領查經，並建立了兩間分堂及科學園福音事工。

蒙神恩領，牧師在大眾傳媒上能為主作工，除了為不同傳媒機構拍攝節目外，每週更為時代論壇作網上廣播，因應不同時事問題作出回應。

Mr. Ian Ma

Ian Ma is a missionary with the Chinese Overseas Christian Mission, serving in the ministry to the next generation.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ian left for the United States shortly after becoming a Christian and studied fine arts at the University of Hawaii. After graduation he worked for several years as a graphic designer and then moved on to pursue an even greater passion – a calling to minister the gospel to young people. He attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts and had been a pastor to second-generation Chinese-Americans for 20 years.

Ian and his wife Wai just moved to the UK (in early March) and are settling in at the COCM headquarters in Milton Keynes. They are trying hard to adjust to the British way of life and looking for tips!

In his spare time Ian enjoys going to the gym, scuba diving, and good sushi.
